NOT AT ALL LIKE THE PICTURE OR DESCRIPTION
First, I got this sent to me in pink and it had nubby footprints on it. Then, I replaced the order (we can’t have pink at my house ~ I have a boy and my girls are anti-pink). I even spoke to MadCatz and the gentleman there said they didn’t have nubby footprints on any of their designs, but they did have nubby all-over clear so I’m not sure how the photo of a clear smooth surface translates to a nubby foot-printed colored Wii board cover. We can live with the blue; however, my kids don’t like the nubs and I’m not too happy that the description and photo do not match the item that arrives. The photo on the box looks like the photo at Amazon, but the item inside is anything but! This kind of problem is why I prefer to shop for some items in person; however, none of our local stores carry Wii board covers so I was stuck.

Amazon needs to write in their description that the item will ship in assorted colors and have nubby footprints and does not match the photo shown or on the box from MadCatz. Somehow, I think MadCatz has a product their techie doesn’t know about and is putting them into the box for a clear, smooth silicone cover!

All I can say, the item fits snug and appears that it will be a safe surface, but it sure isn’t what I ordered!

Better to just buy the remote…
These games are okay for small children, but older kids and adults are not likely to play these more than once or twice. These games do not have the challenge and appeal of other Wii games. I bought Wii Play because I wanted the extra remote and thought it made sense to get Wii Play for only $10. If I had it to do over again, I would purchase the remote separately and use the $10 I saved to buy Wii Fit or one of the other great Wii games.

Another Great Lego Title
Another great Lego title. My kids have enjoyed the Lego series of games. From the original Star Wars to the newer version and now Indy. They literally play the same levels over and over and over again. The only minor complaint is that the Indiana Jones Lego game is a bit too short as far as length is concerned. My 7 year old has made it through all three movies in less than a week with very little effort or time. That is not to say that “dad” has not had to jump in for a little fun and help at times. That is a minor complaint compared to the overall fun factor. Great fun.

Just plain good fun!
I just wanted to put out there that my husband and I are both “gamers” and we both thought this game was terrific! It’s fun to play through the story lines with two players and then to go back and spend hours unlocking all the extras. It’s creative enough not to get repetitive and boring, but simple enough to start playing immediately and with kids or adults.

Bought this 2 days ago. Played for about 4hrs. It absolutely awesome. I almost always play sports games. I’ve never been into adventure or action games. I own Zelda and I only spent 2 hrs on it and got bored. Not with Indy. Its a great deal of fun and keeps you constantly interested. Fun Fun Fun. The best part about it is VALUE FOR MONEY. Video games are expensive and you want to get the most out of it. Indy has so so much. The story line with lego is funny and you enjoy re-living the series. Plus you end up going back and replaying with other characters to unlock more stuff. Definitely worth the money. I also recommend Mario and Sonic at the Olympics. I own: Fifa, Zelda, Indy, Mario Olympics, Mario Party 8, Wii Fit, Wii Sports, Wii Play.

This is the most boring and repetitive game I’ve ever seen. You just click on things to do them in the right order and quick enough. That’s it, clicking on things, that’s not a game and it sure isn’t worth paying form. HORRIBLE

It’s decent, but game lacks what makes Hell’s Kitchen a great show
I wished this game lived up to the TV show, the show is dramatic, tense, and fun to watch. This game is somewhat a combination of Diner Dash, and Order Up. If you like the arcade style of game go with Diner Dash, and if you like to cook try Cooking MaMa, or Order Up.

This game has you managing a restaurant, so you are the server, bus boy, host, and oh yes, you are the cook too. I think this is where the game goes wrong, it should have been a game where you could have played either part, but nope, you do both. The cooking isn’t skillful it is mearly clicking on the food and making sure it is timed correctly. No fun movement of the controller to cook.

I don’t think this game is going to have a long playability, there are not levels. The vocals to get repetitive, but you do hear Gordon’s commenets being bleeped so that is kinda fun. I have found the graphics to be a bit hard to read. They went for detail, which means you need a really large TV or you need to sit close to read a lot of what is on the game.

This game had some good ideas, but as an overall game it isn’t well pulled together. I was hoping for a game where I could really cook and maybe be in competition with other chefs. This game fails to meet that critera. The game play is ok, the graphics are hard to read, and I don’t think this is a title you will be able to play for a long time. I would recommend this game once it hits the bargin bin.

Amazing translation from the show
If you’ve never seen the show you may want to check it out for a few episodes before playing this game. By itself this would be a really good and unique play due to the unusual presentation and objectives (a cooking game that’s actually interesting and fun? COOL!” The game really shines when you know the show though. I’ve rarely seen a show or movie or comic book translate so well and so faithfully to a video game. Everything you’ve come to expect from the show is here, from the challenges to Chef Ramsey’s overlording. Great fun for chefs or game show fans.

Gave as a gift. My daughter has a poor DSL line, but this seems to work great on her Wii. We have played MarioKart on line with her and her husband and it did the trick!

Seemed pretty simply - just plug it in.

I think there may have been some setup in the Wii, but it is pretty simple, if it is like setting my my wireless.

Works great without dealing with wireless
My wireless router is on the 3rd floor, the Wii is on the 1st floor. For some reason, the Wii couldn’t see the wireless network, possibly due to the low signal (laptops work on the first floor, but show a weak signal).

Regardless, I didn’t want to figure out what the problem was–and I have Ethernet drops in the living room for exactly this purpose. Plugged in the LAN adapter into the Wii, plugged the Ethernet cable into the wall, reboot the Wii and tell the Wii to use it–and it’s done. DHCP works fine and the Wii can get on the Internet.

Works like it should and it’s cheap–no ridiculous mark-up here, which I had expected (especially given the mark-up on the component video cables).

Wii Wifi sucks, this is your ticket to Wii on the net
The WiFi on my wii is so damn stupid, when I decided to use a powerline device to wire devices in my living room, I got this for the wii and it worked immediatly. I’m curious if it will work for my tivo or other usb devices as well as it worked for the Wii.

Excellent little adapter.
This thing does exactly what it’s supposed to. There’s no difficulty in use, no problems with the connection, and it actually connects your Wii at 100MBs rather than the 54MBs you would get wirelessly. I used to think there was a hard cap at 54 regardless, but I was wrong. It’s especially great if you want to run a wireless-N network (which can get up to 300MBs to connected devices) but you don’t want to have to set your router to multi-broadcast (The Wii wireless only picks up wireless-G, which is the 54) and reduce your overall speed.
